Tea of the Day (Evening): Nettle Greek Mountain

Good evening Steepers!
This evening after I got home from a busy day of volunteering (because just accepting reading week as a week of Netflix was not gonna happen for me) I did some Blogilates video workouts from YouTube and day 2 of the DoYouYoga.com 7 day detox challenge I decided to add to my healthy habit and day of holistic-ness by enjoying some Nettle Greek Mountain tea from Steeped tea.

Stinging Nettle is an herb that has been used in European medicine for hundreds of years as a diuretic and booster of the immune system as well as to cute many other ailments. More information here: http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/stinging-nettle

Greek mountain herb or sideritis or ironwort is common in the Greek and Mediterranean region used similarity to nettle to treat many ailments but is primarily for boosting immunity and aiding digestion. More information here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sideritis

This tea has a light herbal flavour with a hint of lemon and is a nice tea for the evening as it is caffeine free. I particularly enjoy this tea for the health benefits and the light flavour is an added bonus.
