TOTD: Glitter and Gold

Good Morning!

I hope you’re keeping warm if you live in northern North America, It is certainly cold here in Ontario to the point that many public schools cancelled busses and closed schools because its too cold for the little kiddies to be outside! So to warm up this morning I opened a sample of Glitter and Gold I got from an online order from David’s Tea. I’ve tried this tea in store before but never made it for myself, at home I get more of the flavours coming across because in store samples are a bit weak. This tea smells so cozy! With hints of clove, cinnamon and a black tea scent its enticing then you look and the sparkling glittery tea you become mesmerized!

“This deep dark Chinese tea is like a gorgeous starry night, glimmering with gold and silver sugar crystals that shimmer as they steep. Take a sip and the slow suggestion of cinnamon will warm your body. Your toes will tingle and your mind will turn to fireworks, falling stars, late-night seduction. It’s basically magic. (Is it getting hot in here, or is it just the tea?)”

Type: Black Tea

Flavour notes: clove, cinnamon, black tea, vanilla, chai, spiced

Fixings: milk or cream, sweetener as desired. I prefer black tea with milk/cream and brown sugar, but this tea stands alone quite well.

You’ll like this If you like: Chai teas of any kind, black tea, cinnamon tea

Ingredients: Chinese black tea, gold sugar balls, sugar crystals, lemon peel, cloves, vanilla, natural and artificial flavouring
